ONCORE Construction, LLC was started in March 1997. The founding partners worked together at one of Washington D.C.'s largest general contractors for almost 10 years, responsible for concrete construction and concrete restoration.
The company has grown from its first job of $50,000 and five employees, to over $70 million per year and 500 employees. The company primarily is a concrete contractor working for general contractors, property managers and owners. Services include commercial concrete construction, concrete restoration, concrete building renovation and selective concrete demolition.
On January 1, 2006, Ray Sowers, Jr., Executive Vice President became a partner with Bob MacDaniels in the company. Together, the two have over 55 years experience in concrete construction.
The company philosophy is to use labor saving equipment, tools and forms to promote safety, quality and production. This has allowed the company to offer competitive pricing and prompt schedules for the work it undertakes.
