LAYOUT ENGINEER

Must have at least 5 years experience in concrete layout of buildings, setting up control lines and shooting elevations.

CONCRETE ESTIMATOR

ONCORE Construction, LLC. is expanding their estimating team and is looking for an
energetic person to prepare estimates for structural concrete and high-rise concrete frames. Responsibilities include: soliciting subcontractor bids, evaluating scopes of work, and reviewing plans and specifications to prepare detailed quantity surveys. Ideal candidate will hold a degree in engineering or construction related field, have 2-3 years estimating experience and be team oriented.
